Tea Syrup for Morning Pancakes or Tasteful Drinks

Create your own flavorful tea syrup to accompany hot pancakes, yogurt in the morning, or to add flavor to a drink. Get creative - try your homemade tea syrup in different ways.

Ingredients:

  • 4 teaspoons of tea in a teabag (or 2 Supertea bags)
  • 100ml water
  • 100g organic sugar

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Syrup: In a pot, mix 100ml of water with 100g of organic sugar.
  2. Dissolve Sugar: Heat the mixture until the sugar completely dissolves in the water.
  3. Combine with Tea: Pour the sugar-water mixture into an airtight container with a lid. Add 4 teaspoons of loose tea in a teabag or 2 Supertea bags to the container.
  4. Steep Time: Let the mixture steep for 6-8 hours if using loose tea, or 3 hours for Supertea bags.
  5. Strain and Store: After steeping, strain the tea syrup to remove the tea leaves or bags. Store the syrup in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
